In the past year, our family has slowly transitioned to eating a Ketogenic diet. This means low carb /high fat /med protein. This way of eating really fits into our lifestyle as we have always grown our own meats , veggies and some fruits. Shortly after starting this way of eating we realized that we weren't experiencing as many aches and pains on a daily basis. We felt more energetic and alive and our bodies were not as stiff in the morning. And a huge bonus was losing weight healthfully with whole and clean foods only!
